Love this company! I have always received immediate assistance (at least via email, anyway, which I think they even say is the contact method they prefer, since they are busy working), even when it’s something simple with an order I’m screwing up, LOL! I’m a vegetable gardener, who dabbles in hydroponics, so I don’t grow cannabis, but I know they are an absolute thorough resource for those who do. If I could leave 10 stars, I would!

This company has the worst customer service. You place an order with them and item shipped is the last message you get from them. I have called and left message with their answering service several times, with no call back. I have emailed them several times with no response. They ship you product that have been repackaged with very vague instructions. They will not help you at all. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced!

Paid for priority USPS, which i use myself weekly, sending double the distance than my address. 1lb package going into second work week. I believe I ordered it on the 18th or 20th. It's 1st today, and the earliest be the 3rd if I get it. Seems kinda fraudulent to pay $18 for 1lb super ground shipping.
